Which mobile network works best in Udawalawe?

Dialog and Mobitel seem to be the most reliable mobile networks around Udawalawe, giving the strongest 4G signal in the town and also in most hotels around the park.

At the park entrance and near the nearby stays, the connection feels quite stable, but once you move further in, deep into the national park, the signal drops noticeably. If you plan to use digital maps or you need constant communication, download the offline data beforehand. The long, remote parts of the reserve naturally come with patchy to pretty much non-existent cellular reception.
